9677. '[They shall stand] on four bases of silver' means the power by which they are linked together through truth. This is clear from the meaning of 'four' as a linking together, dealt with just above in 9674; from the meaning of 'bases' as power, dealt with in 9643; and from the meaning of 'silver' as truth, dealt with in 1551, 2954, 5658, 6112, 6914, 6917, 7999.
