¹⁵ For when Pharao was hardened, and would not let us go, the Lord slew every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of man to the firstborn of beasts: therefore I sacrifice to the Lord all that openeth the womb of the male sex, and all the firstborn of my sons I redeem.

⁴¹ Which being expired, the same day all the army of the Lord went forth out of the land of Egypt.

²¹ Yahweh went before them by day in a pillar of cloud, to lead them on their way, and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light, that they might go by day and by night:

²² the pillar of cloud by day, and the pillar of fire by night, didn't depart from before the people.
