Sip

In Luke 17:8 and Revelation 3:20, this signifies being present. The Lord is present with people who believe in the Word and conjoined with people who live according to His Commandments. (Apocalypse Explained 219)

In Genesis 24:17 'to sip' signifies exploration if truth could be conjoined, because 'sipping' has a similar meaning to 'drinking.'
