9 `And when ye go into battle in your land against the adversary who is distressing you, then ye have shouted with the trumpets, and ye have been remembered before Jehovah your God, and ye have been saved from your enemies.

Verse 9. And in every state of spiritual conflict against evils which hinder spiritual progress, good is the ruling principle and truth the guiding principle; for Divine Good and Divine Truth control all things, and from the Lord alone is all salvation.
