And onekid of the goats for a sin-offering to the LORD shall be offered, besides the continual burnt-offering, and his drink-offering.

Verse 15. While at the same time He must also be acknowledged and worshiped in every state as man's redeemer and saviour from sin, because purification from sin is the inevitable result of regeneration, and follows regeneration in every stage thereof.
