4 Huwag ninyong babalikan ang mga diosdiosan, ni huwag kayong gagawa para sa inyo ng mga dios na binubo: ako ang Panginoon ninyong Dios.

Verse 4. And therefore also he is forbidden to turn from the Lord and devote himself to the falsities and evils springing from worldly and selfish love; and he must worship the Lord only by loving good as it is manifested in truth.
