15 In the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, Zimri reigned seven days in Tirzah. Now the people were encamped against Gibbethon, which [belonged] to the Philistines.

Verse 15. And the falsity of that evil has dominion, universally, when the faith of charity is totally vastated, and when, too, the acknowledgment of faith without charity is on the point of being established.
