6014. 'And their wives' means aspects of charity too. This is clear from the meaning of 'wives' (mulier) as forms of good when their husbands (vir) are truths, dealt with in 4823, consequently aspects of charity since all forms of spiritual good have to do with charity towards the neighbour, and all forms of celestial good are aspects of love to the Lord.
