²⁴ And My servant David shall be king over them, and there shall be one shepherd for them all; and they shall walk^◦ in My judgments, and keep My statutes, and do them.

^{2 1} But thou^◦, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among^◦ the thousands of Judah, yet from thee shall He go·​·out to Me to be ruler in Israel; and His goings·​·out have been from ancient times, from the days of eternity.
