3 Gayon ma'y ang mga mataas na dako ay hindi inalis: ang bayan ay nagpatuloy na naghain at nagsunog ng kamangyan sa mga mataas na dako.

Verse 3. Nevertheless the imperfect affections of the natural man remain, and man is devoted to those affections so that his worship of the Lord is not wholly pure.
