BaMidbar 27:11

Verse 11. And lastly, if he is not in charity more remote, but in charity most remote, he shall still inherit the heavenly kingdom, having his position according to the good of his society, because it is a law of Divine Order that wherever there is good, there is the capacity for regeneration.
