²⁷ องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรัสว่า ในวันที่เขาเข้าไปในสถานบริสุทธิ์ คือที่ลานชั้นในเพื่อจะปรนนิบัติอยู่ในสถานบริสุทธิ์ เขาจะต้องถวายเครื่องบูชาไถ่บาปเสียก่อน

²⁸ แต่สิ่งใดที่ถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ เป็นสิ่งที่เขามีอยู่ ไม่ว่าเป็นคนหรือสัตว์ หรือที่นาอันเป็นมรดกตกแก่เขาจะขายหรือไถ่ไม่ได้เลย เพราะสิ่งที่ถวายแล้วเป็นสิ่งบริสุทธิ์ที่สุดแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

²⁶ Egypt, and Judah, and Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that have the corners [of their hair] cut off, who dwell in the wilderness; for all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised in heart.
