3050. 'And he rose up' means a raising up. This is clear from the meaning of 'rising up' as that which implies some kind of raising up whenever this phrase occurs, dealt with in 2401, 2785, 2912, 2927. In the present instance it means that Divine Truth from facts was to be introduced into the Divine Good of the Rational.
