14 וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה בְּמִדְבַּר סִינַי לֵאמֹר׃

Verse 14. Again there is revelation from the Lord by Divine Truth, with man, when he is in states of obscure good from lack of truths, and this gives the perception.
