9 וּבָאתָ אֶל־הַכֹּהֲנִים הַלְוִיִּם וְאֶל־הַשֹּׁפֵט אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה בַּיָּמִים הָהֵם וְדָרַשְׁתָּ וְהִגִּידוּ לְךָ אֵת דְּבַר הַמִּשְׁפָּט׃

Verse 9. And you shall consult the desires after genuine good in spiritual and natural things which you have received from the Lord, and the perception of right and wrong which the Lord shall give you in that state; and wisdom will be given you by means of them:
