9268. 'And a sojourner you shall not oppress' means that those with a desire to receive instruction in the Church's truths must not be molested with evils of life. This is clear from the meaning of 'a sojourner' as one who desires to receive instruction in the Church's truths, dealt with in 8007, 8013, 9196; and from the meaning of 'oppressing' as molesting with evils of life, dealt with in 9196.
