၄ ဓမ္မရာဇဝင် 8:10

Verse 10. And it is the dictate of the Divine Word that salvation is possible to those who sincerely desire it, and that even the wicked are persuaded that they may be saved by Divine favour; but nevertheless that they must certainly perish.
