¹ Potom reče mi Gospod: Idi opet, ljubi ženu koju ljubi ljubavnik a ona čini preljubu, kao što Gospod ljubi sinove Izrailjeve a oni gledaju za tuđim bogovima i ljube žbanove vinske

² I kupih je za petnaest sikala srebra i gomor i po ječma.

³ I rekoh joj: Sedi kod mene dugo vremena, i ne kurvaj se, i ne budi drugog; tako ću i ja biti tvoj.

⁴ Jer će dugo vremena sinovi Izrailjevi sedeti bez cara i bez kneza i bez žrtve i bez stupa i bez oplećka i likova.

⁵ Posle će se obratiti i tražiće Gospoda Boga svog i Davida cara svog, i u strahu će pristupiti ka Gospodu i blagosti Njegovoj u poslednja vremena.

⁹ Da ne bude u tebe tuđeg boga, i bogu stranom nemoj se klanjati.

³⁸ He said to them, "Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?

³⁹ See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit doesn't have flesh and bones, as you see that I have."

⁴⁰ When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.

⁴¹ While they still didn't believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, "Do you have anything here to eat?"

⁴² They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.

⁴³ He took them, and ate in front of them.
