⁹ လေထိ၍အပင်သေခြင်း၊ အရည်ယို၍ သေခြင်းဘေးဖြင့် ငါသည်ဒဏ်ခတ်လေပြီ။ သင်တို့၌ များပြားသောလယ်ယာ၊ စပျစ်ဥယျာဉ်၊ သင်္ဘောသဖန်းပင်၊ သံလွင်ပင်တို့ကို ကျိုင်းကောင်တို့သည် ကိုက်စားကြပြီ။ သို့သော်လည်း၊ ငါ့ထံသို့ ပြန်၍မလာကြဟု ထာဝရဘုရားမိန့်တော်မူ၏။

⁷ သို့ရာတွင် ဣသရေလအမျိုးကို ပြစ်မှားစေသော ယေရောဗောင်မင်းမျိုး၏ ဒုစရိုက်အပြစ်တို့ကို မရှောင် လိုက်ကြ၏။ ရှမာရိမြို့၌လည်း အာရှရပင် ရှိသေး၏။

¹⁶ when he utters his voice, there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; he makes lightning for the rain, and brings forth the wind out of his treasuries.
