²¹ Դու ողջ ժողովրդի միջից ընտրի՛ր ուժեղ տղամարդկանց՝ աստուածապաշտ, արդարադատ, գոռոզութիւնն ատող մարդկանց ու ժողովրդի վրայ սրանց հազարապետներ, հարիւրապետներ, յիսնապետներ ու տասնապետներ կարգի՛ր:
