20 ശമര്‍യ്യയില്‍ എത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ എലീശായഹോവേ, കാണത്തക്കവണ്ണം ഇവരുടെ കണ്ണു തുറക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. യഹോവ അവരുടെ കണ്ണു തുറന്നു; അവര്‍ നോക്കിയപ്പോള്‍ തങ്ങള്‍ ശമര്‍യ്യയുടെ നടുവില്‍ നിലക്കുന്നതുകണ്ടു.

Verse 20. And when this happens, the Lord from the ardour of His love, and through the instrumentality of the Word, enlightens their understandings, so that they are now in a position to receive instruction.
