25 ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ταύτῃ ἐνάρχου δοῦναι τὸν τρόμον σου καὶ τὸν φόβον σου ἐπὶ πρόσωπον πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν τῶν ὑποκάτω τοῦ οὐρανοῦ οἵτινες ἀκούσαντες τὸ ὄνομά σου ταραχθήσονται καὶ ὠδῖνας ἕξουσιν ἀπὸ προσώπου σου

Verse 25. And in this state the Lord begins to put the dread of committing sin and the fear of resisting good impulses from heaven upon all the principles of action in the whole mind, and they hear the Divine will as given in the conscience, and are in great fear and anxiety lest it should be transgressed.
