1 And Moses with the ancients of Israel commanded the people, saying: Keep every commandment that I command you this day.

Verse 1. And Divine truth as well as all the truths of wisdom teach those who are in the Church to keep all the commandments of the Word and perceptions of the Divine will which they have in this state.
