Joshua 7:26

Studie

26 They raised over him a great heap of stones that remains to this day. Yahweh turned from the fierceness of his anger. Therefore the name of that place was called "The valley of Achor" to this day.

Spit

In John 9:6, when it says in the Word that 'the Lord spat upon the ground and made clay of the spittle, and anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,' this signifies reformation by truths from the letter of the Word. (Apocalypse Explained 239[19])

In Deuteronomy 25:9, it signifies what is against internal or divine order. (Arcana Coelestia 4839, 4835[4])
