Verse 1. These are the rules by which you shall regulate your conduct both as to general principles and in particular cases when introduced into those heavenly states which the Lord by His Love and Wisdom (from whom proceeds all that is good in the soul) will cause to become your in every state through which you are conducted during your life in the natural world,
