Savior and Prince
In Isaiah 19:20, the Savior signifies God Himself as to the Good of His Love, and Prince as to the truths of faith from Him. (Apocalypse Explained 654)
It is a matter of the Divine Providence that every man is capable of being saved, and individuals who acknowledge God and lead a good life are saved. (Divine Providence 325, 322[4])
