Jeremiah 43:4

⁴ So Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces, and all the people, obeyed not the voice of the LORD, to dwell in the land of Judah.

Prophet and dreamer of dreams

In Deuteronomy 18:1, 3, prophet signifies one who gives a sign, and dreamer of dreams one who performs a miracle. (Apocalypse Explained 706)

⁷ But the LORD said to me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatever I command thee thou shalt speak.
