First heaven and first earth
In Revelation 21:1, this signifies the heavens formed not by the Lord, but by people who hadn't fully developed spiritually from Christendom who came into the spiritual world before the Last Judgment, and were scattered to their respective place on that occasion. (Apocalypse Revealed 877)
