²⁶ Giu-đa bèn nói cùng các anh em rằng: Giết em ta mà giấu máu nó, có dùng cho ta được việc chi?

³⁶ Gia-cốp, cha họ bèn nói rằng: Bay làm mất các con tao; Giô-sép đã mất biệt, Si-mê-ôn cũng mất biệt; mà bây giờ, lại muốn dẫn Bê-gia-min đi nữa sao! Các nông nỗi nầy đều đổ lại cho tao hết!

⁸ He left from there to the mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, having Bethel on the west, and Ai on the east. There he built an altar to Yahweh and called on the name of Yahweh.

⁹ Abram traveled, going on still toward the South.
