⁴⁹ Ða-ni-ên cầu xin vua, thì vua lập Sa-đơ-rắc, Mê-sác và A-bết-Nê-gô cùng cai trị tỉnh Ba-by-lôn, còn Ða-ni-ên thì chầu nơi cửa vua.
