²¹ ข้าแต่พระเยโฮวาห์ ขอทรงช่วยข้าพระองค์ให้กลับสู่พระองค์เถิด แล้วพวกข้าพระองค์จะกลับสู่พระองค์ ขอทรงฟื้นเดือนปีของข้าพระองค์ให้เหมือนดังก่อน

¹¹ แล้วเจ้าพึงกล่าวแก่เขาทั้งหลายว่า `พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า เพราะบรรพบุรุษของเจ้าได้ละทิ้งเรา และได้ติดสอยห้อยตามพระอื่น และได้ปรนนิบัติและนมัสการพระนั้น และได้ละทิ้งเรา และมิได้รักษาราชบัญญัติของเรา

⁴ The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.

⁵ They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
