13 ทุกคนที่ขึ้นทะเบียนสำมะโนครัว จะต้องถวายของอย่างนี้ คือเงินครึ่งเชเขลตามเชเขลของสถานบริสุทธิ์ (เชเขลหนึ่งมียี่สิบเก-ราห์) ครึ่งเชเขลเป็นเงินถวายแด่พระเยโฮวาห์

13 แต่คนที่สะอาดและมิได้อยู่ในระหว่างการเดินทางแต่งดไม่ถือเทศกาลปัสกา ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกตัดขาดจากท่ามกลางชนชาติของเขา เพราะเขามิได้นำเครื่องบูชาของพระเยโฮวาห์มาถวายตามกำหนดเวลา ผู้นั้นจะต้องได้รับโทษบาปของเขาเอง
