3 อย่ารับประทานขนมปังมีเชื้อกับปัสกา ตลอดเจ็ดวันท่านจงรับประทานขนมปังไร้เชื้อ เป็นขนมปังแห่งความทุกข์ใจ เพราะท่านรีบหนีออกมาจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์ เพื่อท่านจะระลึกถึงวันที่ท่านออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์นั้นตลอดชีวิตของท่าน
