⁴ Entesó su arco como enemigo, afirmó su mano derecha como adversario, Y mató toda cosa hermosa á la vista: En la tienda de la hija de Sión derramó como fuego su enojo.

⁸ Y pondré á esta ciudad por espanto y silbo: todo aquel que pasare por ella se maravillará, y silbará sobre todas sus plagas.

²¹ Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and give them over to the power of the sword; and let their wives become childless, and widows; and let their men be slain of death, [and] their young men struck of the sword in battle.
