This is clear from the meaning here of 'crying out' as expressing resentment - resentment at having been beaten, that is, at having suffered harm from the falsities which were introduced, and at being given no straw to make bricks, that is, at having to receive and introduce nothing but fabrications and falsities; and from the representation of 'Pharaoh' as those who molest, dealt with in 6651, 6679, 6683, 7126.
