Hver gang det gjelder svikefull adferd med gods, enten det er en okse eller et asen eller et får eller klær eller i det hele noget som er kommet bort, og så en sier: her er det, da skal saken mellem de to komme frem for Gud*; den som Gud dømmer skyldig, han skal gi sin næste dobbelt igjen. / {* se 2MO 22, 8.}
9165. 'And no one sees it' means which the mind is not aware of. This is clear from the meaning of 'seeing' as understanding, also possessing faith, dealt with in 2325, 2807, 3863, 3869, 4403-4421, 5114, 5400. And since the understanding is the eye of the mind, 'seeing' also means that which the mind is aware of. At this point that which the mind is not aware of is meant since the words used are 'no one sees it'.
