²⁸ မောဘပြည်၌နေသောသူတို့၊ မြို့တို့ကိုစွန့်၍ ကျောက်ကြား၌ နေကြလော့။ မြေတွင်းဝနားမှာ အသိုက် လုပ်တတ်သော ချိုးဝှက်ကဲ့သို့ ပြုကြလော့။

²⁸ ဤမင်းသားခေါနိသည် ရိုသေဘွယ်မဟုတ်၊ ကျိုးပဲ့သောရုပ်တုဖြစ်သလော။ အဘယ်သူမျှ မနှစ်သက် သောတန်ဆာဖြစ်သလော။ သူနှင့်တကွ သူ၏သားမြေး တို့ကို နှင်ထုတ်၍၊ သူတို့မသိဘူးသောပြည်၌ အဘယ် ကြောင့် ချပစ်ရသနည်း။

²⁷ He came near, and kissed him. He smelled the smell of his clothing, and blessed him, and said, "Behold, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which Yahweh has blessed.
