¹³ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူသည် စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင်ရ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါဆိုသော်လည်း၊ သူသည် မိမိဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို ကိုးစား၍ ဒုစရိုက်ကိုပြုမိလျှင်၊ အရင်ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း အမှုတစုံတခုကိုမျှ မအောက်မေ့ရ။ ပြုမိသော ဒုစရိုက်ကြောင့် အသေခံရလိမ့်မည်။

²¹ ငါသည်သင်တို့အား ယနေ့ကြားပြော၏။ သင်တို့ မူကား၊ သင်တို့ ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား၏ အမိန့်တော် ကို၎င်း၊ ငါ့အားဖြင့် မှာလိုက်တော်မူသမျှတို့ကို၎င်း၊ နားမထောင်ဘဲနေကြ၏။

¹ God, the nations have come into your inheritance. They have defiled your holy temple. They have laid Jerusalem in heaps.

² They have given the dead bodies of your servants to be food for the birds of the sky, the flesh of your saints to the animals of the earth.
