¹³ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူသည် စင်စစ်အသက်ရှင်ရ လိမ့်မည်ဟု ငါဆိုသော်လည်း၊ သူသည် မိမိဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကို ကိုးစား၍ ဒုစရိုက်ကိုပြုမိလျှင်၊ အရင်ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်း အမှုတစုံတခုကိုမျှ မအောက်မေ့ရ။ ပြုမိသော ဒုစရိုက်ကြောင့် အသေခံရလိမ့်မည်။

⁶ မြို့ထဲမှာ တံပိုးမှုတ်လျှင်၊ မြို့သားတို့သည် မကြောက်မလန့်ဘဲ နေကြလိမ့်မည်လော။ ထာဝရဘုရား စီရင်တော်မမူဘဲ ဘေးတစုံတခုသည် မြို့ထဲမှာ ရောက်လိမ့်မည်လော။

³⁵ All its fat he shall take away, like the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned, and he will be forgiven.
