⁹ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော်ကို ပုန်ကန်သော် လည်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့အရှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကရုဏာကို ပြခြင်း၊ အပြစ်ကို ဖြေရှင်းခြင်းအခွင့်နှင့် ဆိုင်တော်မူ၏။

¹⁵ သင်တို့က၊ ငါတို့သည် သေမင်းနှင့် မိဿဟာယ ဖွဲ့ကြပြီ။ မရဏာနိုင်ငံနှင့် အကျွမ်းဝင်ကြပြီ။ လွှမ်းမိုးသော ဘေးသည် ချင်းနင်းသောအခါ၊ ငါတို့ရှိရာသို့ မရောက်ရ။ ငါတို့သည် မုသာကိုကိုးစားကြ၏။ လှည့်စားခြင်းအောက် ၌ ပုန်းကွယ်၍ နေကြ၏ဟုဆိုတတ်သောကြောင့်၊

¹³ As it is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come on us: yet have we not entreated the favor of Yahweh our God, that we should turn from our iniquities, and have discernment in your truth.

¹⁴ Therefore has Yahweh watched over the evil, and brought it on us; for Yahweh our God is righteous in all his works which he does, and we have not obeyed his voice.
