³ အစာကိုရှောင်လျက်၊ လျှော်တေအဝတ်ကို ဝတ် လျက်၊ ပြာနှင့်လူးလျက်၊ အရှင်ဘုရားသခင့်ထံတော်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ်၍ ဆုတောင်းပဌနာပြု၏။

⁷ ငါနာမဖြင့် သမုတ်သောသူ၊ ငါ၏ဘုန်းအသရေ ဘို့ ငါဖန်ဆင်းပြုပြင်၍၊ ဧကန်စင်စစ်လုပ်ပြီးသော သူအပေါင်းတို့ကို ဆောင်ခဲ့လော့ဟု ငါပြောမည်။

¹³ Tear your heart, and not your garments, and turn to Yahweh, your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and relents from sending calamity.
