²⁵ പിന്നെ അവന്റെ സഹോദരന്‍ പുറത്തുവന്നു; അവന്റെ കൈ ഏശാവിന്റെ കുതികാല്‍ പിടിച്ചിരുന്നു; അവന്നു യാക്കോബ് എന്നു പേരിട്ടു. അവള്‍ അവരെ പ്രസവിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ യിസ്ഹാക്കിന്നു അറുപതു വയസ്സു ആയിരുന്നു.

³² If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus, what advantageth it me, if the dead rise not? let us eat and drink; for to morrow we die.
