⁴ യഹോവ മോശെയോടുനിന്റെ കൈ നീട്ടി അതിനെ വാലിന്നു പിടിക്ക എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു. അവന്‍ കൈ നീട്ടി അതിനെ പിടിച്ചു; അതു അവന്റെ കയ്യില്‍ വടിയായ്തീര്‍ന്നു.

⁹ They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn.
