യഹോവ മോശെയോടുഞാന് നിന്നോടു സംസാരിക്കുമ്പോള് ജനം കേള്ക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും നിന്നെ എന്നേക്കും വിശ്വസിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും ഞാന് ഇതാ, മേഘതമസ്സില് നിന്റെ അടുക്കല് വരുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു, ജനത്തിന്റെ വാക്കു മോശെ യഹോവയോടു ബോധിപ്പിച്ചു.

This is clear from the meaning of 'being ready' as preparation through sanctification, dealt with just above; and from the meaning of 'the third day' as a state made complete, dealt with in 7715, thus full and complete preparation.
