1809.'If you are able to count them' means the fruitfulness of love and the multiplication of faith, or what amounts to the same, the fruitfulness of good and the multiplication of truth. This meaning - namely, that these are not able to be counted - becomes clear without explanation.
'An heir,' as mentioned in Genesis 15:4, signifies people who are principled in love.
'An heir,' as mentioned in Jeremiah 49:1, signifies the good that comes from truth.
'To become an heir, or to inherit,' signifies eternal life in the Lord's kingdom, or to be conjoined to the Lord.
'An heir' can also signify people who are in truths originating in good from the Lord.
