Verse 6. And consequently there must be the conjunction of good with truth through the affection of good flowing in from the Lord being conjoined with the interior truth of good, the exterior truth of good, and external truth from the Word, and through the reciprocal conjunction of truth with good in the natural man, when there is self-denial through the influence of the truth of the Word.
