Do not be afraid, for God has heard the boy's voice where he is. 'God heard the boy's voice' means help at that point. 'And the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven' means comfort. 'And said to her, What is the matter, Hagar?' means perception regarding one's state. 'Do not be afraid, for God has heard the boy's voice where he is' means the hope of help.
