Ezekiel 32:30

Studie

30 There be the princes of the north, all of them, and all the Zidonians, which are gone down with the slain; with their terror they are ashamed of their might; and they lie uncircumcised with them that be slain by the sword, and bear their shame with them that go down to the pit.

Fox

If man closes up the middle natural degree, which corresponds to the middle spiritual, he becomes, with respect to love, like a fox, and with respect to intellectual sight, like a bird of the evening. People in self-derived prudence are like foxes and wolves.

Weigh the mountains in a balance and the hills in scales

In Isaiah 40:12 'to weigh the mountains in a balance, and the hills in scales,' signifies that the celestial aspects of love and charity are from the Lord, and that He alone disposes their states.
