Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.

Foundations of the mountains
The foundations of the mountains, in the negative sense, as in Deuteronomy 32:22, signify the hells, because self-love and the love of the world, signified by the mountains, reign there.
