15 One statute shall be for you of the assembly, and also for the sojourner who sojourns with you, an eternal statute for your generations; as you are, so◦ shall the sojourner be before Jehovah.

'The soul going forth and dying,' as in Genesis 35:18, signifies the extreme of temptation, which is when the old self dies and the new one receives life.
